The purpose of this role is to learn and understand the various functions in all Business Units in DWTC through structured training and development plan.
- To obtain an understanding of all Business Units functions in DWTC and be able to identify them.
- To complete any projects assigned by Business Units you are visiting
- To attend and participate in all required trainings, coaching sessions and team building activities
- To gain sufficient knowledge of DWTC functions
- To develop key competencies i.e. teamwork, flexibility, creativity, commitment and innovation to effectively meet learning objectives
- To complete learning objectives for performance review and identification of additional training
- Other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
